Women's Gathering 2010
On 23rd May 2010 Brindabella Women's Group hosted the second ACT Women’s Gathering was held at the Tuggeranong Southern Cross Club. With a theme of "Because You're Worth It" it was a wonderful day of socialising and information for women at home with young children in the ACT region. 58 women attended.

An evaluation was undertaken and some summary points are below:
- When asked how much they agreed with the statement “I felt welcomed and included in the Gathering”, all women responded that they agreed (26%) or strongly agreed (74%) with the statement.
- When asked how much they agreed with the statement “The topics covered were of relevance to me”, all women responded that they agreed (33%) or strongly agreed (67%) with the statement.
- When asked how much they agreed with the statement “The timing for each of the sessions was about right”, all women responded that they agreed (44%) or strongly agreed (56%) with the statement.
Future BWG Attendance
Most (70%) women who responded indicated that they would attend BWG in the future. Of those that indicated that they might attend or wouldn’t attend, most were either not available on Tuesday mornings or from the other side of town.
